Meet and Greet

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to get a response for a Meet and Greet request? I'm new to the Lady A fan site and submitted a request for Meet and Greet passes back in Feb for a show that will be in May and I still haven't gotten any kind of a response. I'm getting nervous that something didn't work right and that I'm going to totally miss out...in which case I'll be really bummed out.

So I am frustrated because I have emailed support a million times and have received no response about this error. "You do not have permission to request a meet and greet for this event." My membership was renewed by MCN a couple of weeks ago, but now i cannot request a meet and greet! ANyone know what is wrong? Please help!!
