Can't unlock the bonus songs?

i had to update Java.

I just tested the widget and it's working for me... you'll need to have your physical CD in the drive or have the iTunes album on your hard drive.

If it doesn't work do you get a specific error message or an exact problem?

It didn't work last night at midnight, but did today. I too had issues, but once I updated java it worked fine! The song is awesome! :) Hope it works for everyone now.

Can someone please help me. I downloaded bottle up lightning this am and listened to it once before I left. I just tried to listen to it again when I got home, and it says it can't locate the file. I unsuccessfully searched for it. It seems like it just opened it this am, not saved it. Now it won't let me download it again. Please help! I loved the song! That's also why I preordered a hard copy instead of just doing itunes (which I also did).

Hey Everyone, I see that ALOT of people are having problems downloading the BONUS recordings. After trial and error I was finally able to get mine to work and I wouldn't mind helping you all get yours too! First you have to make sure that you have the latest Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer browser, then you need to make sure that you also have the latest version of JAVA on your MAC or PC. These are FREE TO DOWNLOAD and you can get Firefox at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html the download link is on the right side of the page, you can get Internet explorer at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/Internet-explorer/default.aspx the download is on the left side of the page, you can get JAVA at http://java.com/en/ and then once you have those downloaded you need to be logged into your ladyantebellum.com account. When you are logged in, bring up another window and go to ladyantebellum.com/bonus on this page you will scroll down and on the left, in the middle will be what they call a widget. Click there and you will need to complete the registration process and follow the instructions. From there it will let you download your free bonus tracks each month. Good thing is, you only have to upgrade Firefox, IE and JAVA once, not everytime you download a bonus track...Thank GOD!!! If anyone needs any help I would be more than happy to try and help. If you purchased your CD and were supposed to get "Bottle Up Lightening" and did not get it, check your email for a special code to download...I can try and help with this also.

Followed the previous instructions exactly and got the bonus song. NYN accustic. its amazing. Hope everyone gets it! Seriously, follow the instructions exactly and it will be fine. I couldn't get the iTunes album to work but when i put my cd in it worked fine. Good Luck!

I got the song unlocked but I was wondering if there is any way I can put it to my itunes?

I STILL can't get the song!
I have all the needed software, but whenever I click on select for the CD, where it says to Validate Your Purchase, NOTHING HAPPENS!
Can anyone help me? :)

So I loaded the first song...Need You Now and I am trying to get the next song but it says I have to re register. I did that and is still won't give the next song. Are there songs coming out every month or not? Does anyone know? People are talking about the lighting song...what is that?? Thanks!

I still can't get the song to download. The widget works i have IE 8, the latest JAVA. I get authenticated on the ITUNES album purchase. It goes to the space where it shows the Need You Know Acoustic bonus track. I click on Download and it does nothing. What is wrong? (Ok, finally got it to work but had to use Mozilla. IE8 would never download it. I opened Mozilla and it downloaded immediately.)

For some reason Internet explorer I couldn't get to work to download, but when i used my google chrome browser it worked.

I STILL cannot get ANY of the downloads!!!
Is it possible for anybody to email them to me as the months go on? :)

Yes, this is a joke. I wonder if anyone associated with the bright idea of using this promotion to get us to buy CDs has ever tried to download these songs. I've done all of the suggestions on this site as well as in the Push Entertainment FAQ and so far nothing has worked. I am using the latest IE and Firefox browsers. My computer is up-to-date with MS Updates. I've tested my Java (http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp)and Flash (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/) in both browsers. I should not have to download another browser to make this work. I've spent far too long trying to get this Push Entertainment app to work. Even at minimum wage I could have made enough to pay for all of these songs by now. Lady A needs to figure out a way to make this right or I will not be purchasing any more of their music/concert tickets/merchandise. Companies have to start treating consumers decent or realize that we can spend our money on something else. Lady A, ready to post a comment in regard to these problems with your promotion?

I bought the Digital download and its in I tunes I have no pass code no cd and it not showing up in I tunes ne got the pass code ???
