I can't figure it out. They sent the link saying it was available for download - I clicked it, it looked like it was downloading something - but I couldn't find where and what it downloaded. I went to 'my profile' like it said and clicked the link again - now it says 2/4 downloads - which I assume means I have downloaded 2 of the 4 downloads.....does this mean I need to download 2 more times to get something OR does this mean I have a possible total of 4 downloads of the album. Someone please help - I am a techno dummy! I can't find the album and/or the bonus track.
Also, I posted this blog once already - but didn't see it listed in the 'blog' section....hoping to get the hang of this new site soon!
I'm having the SAME problem. I posted this a few minutes ago. "Can someone please help me. I downloaded bottle up lightning this am and listened to it once before I left. I just tried to listen to it again when I got home, and it says it can't locate the file. I unsuccessfully searched for it. It seems like it just opened it this am, not saved it. Now it won't let me download it again. Please help! I loved the song! That's also why I preordered a hard copy instead of just doing itunes (which I also did)."
I figured it out!!! Go to your files page. Right click on the file name title "bottle up lightning". Select "Save link as". Then choose where you want to save the file.
I still can't get it - now it says that I have reached my maximum downloads - I guess because I tried so many times - but I still don't have one anywhere. I don't have a link that says 'Bottled Up Lightning' anywhere either - the only thing I have under 'Files' is the 'Needyounow' zip link......I can't open it or save it or find it anywhere.
Good thing I also bought the actual CD today - I love it!
Craig - can you help????? please!
Can anyone help..I still haven't even gotten the song! I preordered the CD and got it on Saturday. I've tried emailing Music City Works and the Support stuff here to ask why I haven't gotten it yet. I preordered the CD just so I can get this song and now no luck!! Any suggestions?
I'm right there with you.. Finally just gave up and bought a CD. Did you figure it out yet???
Yeah, I did finally get it - it took emailing support for them to fix it up and let me know what to do. Give that a try if your still wanting the online version! Good luck

If you click on "My Profile" in the top menu bar once you're logged in you can then click on "Files", once there you should see your available downloads. Normally just clicking on one will prompt you where you want to save your file on your computer. You can also try right clicking on it and choose "Save as" and designate where you want the file saved.
