meet and greet submissions?

Does anyone know how soon before a concert the meet and greet lottery is done? I am attending the show a week from today, and the status is still just submitted on my requested meet and greet...which from my understanding means they havent chosen yet. This is my first time requesting one, so I am just curious! Thanks!

When I saw them opening night

When I saw them opening night of the Tim McGraw tour, I didn't find out till 11am the day of the show that I won a m&g! But usually they are better at it and you find out a couple days or so before the show. I'm guessing that time it was because they were so busy getting stuff ready for the new tour that it slipped their minds!
