No permission to request a M&G???

Don't know if this is your case or not, but in the past in other fan clubs if you had reached your limit for meet and greets for the year it would not let you enter for another and it would tell you that you are restricted. Since everything is new here and they changed the number from 3 to 1 now on meet and greets I don't see how that could be possible? Good luck and I hope this helps....

Hey djmusicman, thanks for replying. I think because I am a very new member to the fan club, my membership wasn't "unlocked" yet. I got an email today to say that I should be good to go. So, I was just a little impatient I guess :). Can you blame me though?! Lady A is the BEST!

I got an e-mail saying my account was "unlocked" too but it still isn't letting me request a meet and greet.

Hmmm... I don't know what to say. I'm not good at this stuff. I hope somebody can leave a comment that will help you out. Good luck!

I have had issues in the past with my fan club memembership. It took a while but they did finally fix the problem. I hope everyone gets what they need and want.

Glad to hear I am not the only one having this problem. For those of you that were finally able to access the fan club site (and request M&Gs, etc.), how long did it take? It's been over a week now...shouldn't this be automatic? I mean, we're talking computers here!! Maybe MCN needs some real programmers! LOL

I joined the fanclub last July and the site is now telling me that my username and email are not valid. Do we have to rejoin the fanclub again and pay another yearly fee? Who do we contact to get this corrected?

You can email support. You'll find that under the Contact column at the bottom of the page. It's frustrating when that happens but they will be able to help you out. I don't know for sure, but I think it might have something to do with having your membership processed completely. I think it took me about a week or 2 before I was able to successfully apply for a meet & greet.
