I pre-ordered the CD about two weeks before it came out on Tuesday, and I still haven't gotten it in the mail yet. Anyone else having this problem? Should I email MCN or Craig about it or give it some more time? Just a little concerned and irritated when most people got theirs in the mail last weekend, or at least by Tuesday. Thanks for any advice! :)
I'm so sorry to hear you guys have not gotten your copies yet! :( It seems most people who preordered have gotten theirs, so maybe just something happened with yours:( Give at least till Saturday and then email MCN, but definitely message Craig on here whenever you can! He is pretty good at getting back to you! I hope this helped a little bit.

I'm in the same boat! I've never "pre-ordered" cd's before but I bought it with the membership! (Now I'm wondering---) Hope it comes soon to fizzle out my doubt!
Well, it didn't arrive today, so I guess the earliest will be Monday now. This is really frustrating!

Obviously, your situation is rare...we sent out thousands through the pre-sale, of which most received on or before street date. Of course, I realize that this does not make you feel any better :-( Therefore, I will make sure that Nicole and/or Craig are aware of this and we will take care of you! Thank you for being a Lady A fan! You all are the best and we appreciate and value your participation!

ordered january 1st and still nothing...send 3 email and no answer....i am getting a little frustrated......
hmm... I'm not sure what method you used to email them, but what I did was went to the bottom of the page, under "contact" there's a link for orders. I emailed from there, and they were fantastic about helping. If you already tried that, sorry I'm no help :P but if not, I'd try that. Hopefully that helps! and if you have your email with your order number, make sure you have that ready because it asks you for it.

I still haven't got mine either and it's three days after the release of the album. Its very upsetting. What is the point in pre-ordering if it's going to be late? I ordered mine way back in Decemeber, so there is no reason it should be late.
