looking to do the meet and greet in Seattle

On December 2009 at 6:30 pm we were informed that my 28 year old son was murdered. That very morning his current girlfriend, Angela, and I had met for coffee for the first time. That was only the start to our relationship. In January 2010 I got in my car to go to work (about a 4 mile drive) and Need You Now came on the radio. First time I had heard it. I was instantly in tears. I called his girlfriend, and she had listened to the song for the first time also. My son's death and the Lady A songs have brought us very close together. I call her my daughter-in-law and have been accepted as grandparents to her 2 young boys. Angela just got tickets for her and I to attend your concert in Seattle on March 20. Again I cried. Good tears mostly but also because she has become my touchstone and knows me so well. I would love to be able to do the meet and greet in Seattle but we already have our tickets. How else can I apply and ask to be chosen. It would mean so much to us and it would be just another thing I could save and share with my son's 7 year old son.
