Meet and Greet

BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY MEET & GREET WITH LADY ANTEBELLUM, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT YOUR IMAGE MAY BE USED ON THE WEB FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTO AND/OR  FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES .

Meet and Greet Information:
Each Lady A Team member will be eligible for One (1) Meet & Greet per year (Membership Term). By Requesting your M&G for a specific show, you will be entered into a drawing for that date. For each available M&G event, up to twenty (20) Lady A Team Members will be chosen at random from all applicants to participate in the M&G. The following rules must be strictly followed. No Exceptions will be allowed! Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of a members' M&G opportunity, revocation of membership, and possible termination of Meet & greet privileges for the entire Lady A Team Fan Club.

RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. You will be allowed One (1) M&G per year.
2. NO GUESTS, including small children. Passes are for Lady A Team Members only, and only those whose names are drawn in the lottery will be awarded a pass. Passes are non-transferable.
3. Each member is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to the concert. You must have tickets to the show to go to the meet & greet. Meet & Greet passes do not give the member any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
4. Meet & greet requests must be made at least two weeks before the show for which you are planning to attend. Get your requests in early!
5. DO NOT email or write to the LadyAntebellum.com requesting the status of your M&G entry. Such requests may result in your application for a M&G opportunity to be removed from the lottery.
6. Lady A will sign one item per person.  You will need to provide your own item.  Photos and other items are available for purchase at the Merchandise Stand.  Lady A will already have a black sharpie marker ready to sign your item.
7. Lady A Teamt Membership DOES NOT guarantee you a M&G pass.
8. Certain events (private engagements, fairs, festivals, casinos, TV appearances) may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.
9. You must bring a picture I. D. with you in order to gain access to the Meet & Greet.
10. You may only request one M&G per event.

HOW TO REQUEST A MEET & GREET

1. Visit www.LadyAntebellum.com
2. Login to your Lady A Team profile
3. Click on the Tour & Events menu tab
4. Find the show that you will be attending
5. Click the "Request Meet and Greet" button
6. Enter any special needs or notes
7. Click the "submit request" button
8. Your request will then be added to the lottery for that show

• To see your If the M&G requests, visit "My Profile" and click on the "Your Meet and Greet Requests" tab
• If the status lists as Submitted it means no winners have been chosen yet, Approved means that your request was granted, Denied means that you were not selected for this particular M&G
   

First and foremost, you should always log in to your Profile to check on the status of your M&G request.  Once we have processed all requests, M&G winners will receive an email response confirming that you have been put on the meet & greet list for the show requested, but because some junk-mail filters might block our M&G emails, you MUST log in to your Lady A Team profile to check and confirm that you were selected.  

Once your name has been added to the Meet and Greet list, your pass will be available at the will call window located at the venue box office at least an hour before the doors open. Some venues do not have will call offices. 

Be sure to pick up your pass no later than the time doors are scheduled to open.

You will receive specific instructions with your pass indicating when and where to meet for the actual meet and greet.

The meet and greet pass is for ONLY the winner. You cannot bring guests through the meet and greet line. In order to have someone come with you, they will have to have won a pass themselves.
