2011 Lady A Team Fan Club Party Tickets - SOLD OUT!

I would call them but I live in the UK so I think it would be really expensive to call. I've emailed them multiple times but still haven't heard anything back :( It's in my orders as 'completed' and the money has been taken from my account so I'm hoping for the best! :)

Amber, had the same situation, it was just a blank page for me instead of the "Thanks for you order" summary page. I just checked my profile page & under the orders tab found the order # and printed out the printable invoice and then double checked the bank transaction. I didn't get the confirmation email either. I would email MCN directly for a piece of mind.

Ok, so I went on at exactly 10am CST (4pm in England) to get my tickets, entered all my delivery and credit card details, went to the checkout and then went to confirm and it took me back to my shopping cart. I checked my bank account a little while after purchasing the tickets and the exact amount had been taken out but I haven't received any email confirmation yet. I REALLY hope i have the tickets as I'm a huge Lady A fan coming all the way from the UK! Did anyone else have this trouble? Does anyone know who I should contact?

I love Lady A but i am very disappointed in how this site is run. It stinks that the fan club party is late instead of the morning like i heard it was last year. Then people like myself are asking questions about it like how long is it scheduled to run, is it a meet and greet or just acoustic performance and received no answers and now the tickets are all sold out anyway! I wanted to go but wanted to know how long it was because i don't want to miss the first night of performers at LP field. I just wish they had it earlier and at a bigger venue like others said so more fans would be able to go, that's all

Just an FYI....I purchased a VIP ticket pkg. and both of us are fan club members.

Did anyone really go into this attempted purchase thinking this would be easy? They did it through their website so it was likely to crash, Lady A is hot hot hot right now, and there's a very limited number of tickets. I went in hopeful knowing it would be a miracle if I got one but would not be ... if I didn't, just disappointed. But I would still go to the CMAs and have an awesome time anyway.

I got my ticket today! It took 40 minutes before it actually went through because the screen kept freezing. I was trying it on my phone and on the computer to see which one would load first. I am so excited for CMA Fest! Is anyone else going to other fan club parties as well? I am also going to Chris Young's Fc party :0)

Well I was one of the lucky ones that got a ticket.. not VIP but I am just so happy that I managed to get one. But I must admit it was a frustrating experience. The page kept crashing and I think it was pure luck that the ticket stayed in my cart. Have heard from others that they lost them out of their cart. From start to finish took about 35 minutes to get it to go through properly.
I am bummed though that some of my friends didnt manage to get tickets.
My first time to Nashville for CMA Fest and just so excited that I get to meet Lady A as missed out on a meet and greet here in Oz.
Looking forward to meeting other Lady A fans :)

Lady A and MCN, Please find away for the hard core fans to get tixs for the party and shows.I have talked to a bunch of my Lady A friends/ fans that did not get tixs that was trying right at 10 am for the party and we have all been to the first 3 years parties and this is why I come to CMA Fest. If I can't go to the party then I may not go 550 miles one way to Nashville next year. I like country music but I love Lady Antebellum.I don't understand with as big as they are that the party would be at a smaller place this year with less tickets.

Sorry to those that got shut out of this year's fcp! :( Unfortunately, technology isn't always on our side and when you have a super popular group, there's bound to be a traffic jam. Even Ticketmaster's site gets bogged down at times. Buying fcp tix last year was just as difficult. To those that were able to grab tix - have a fabulous time. To those that didn't, I'm so sorry but at least they'll be at LP Field Fri. night and I believe they're performing at the Opry during CMA Fest too! Let's try to remember how proud we are of them for all of their success! It's evident how in-demand they are now!!

I am one of the unlucky fans who will not be attending this year's party. It is sad to read that there are more disappointed fans that lucky fans.... so maybe next year the powers that be that organize the party for Lady A will remember this and BOOK A LARGER FACILITY! Its seems from their first fan party to this year's party the size of the venue got smaller - and that makes no sense to me. I appreciate the fundraiser effort but they could have sold out a concert just for that, and kept the fan club party seperate and in my opinion, the fan club party should be large enough to accomodate as many fans, as it can. I have been doing CMA Fest for nearly 10 years, the popularity of the Festival especially the Fan Club parties - artists need to remember who this festival is for... THE FANS! MEMBERS OF FAN CLUB FANS.... if you want to attend a fan club party, I believe you should be a member and guests should only be permitted when its NOT a sell out and those tickets sold DAYS after fan tickets! I am not mad - I am disappointed - its just part of the CMA Fan Party process.... sometimes you win and sometimes you loose.

Please send address and information so that I may send a donation to the music school even though I was unable to obtain tickets for the Fan Club Party again this year. It's a very worthy cause and even though I can't attend the Club party I would still like to make a donation.

I, too, am one of the unfortunate ones who didn't get a ticket. I was on here BEFORE 10 AM and clicked on the ticket the SECOND they went on sale. It kept loading improperly but I still managed to have a ticket in my cart and I pressed 'submit order' and waited over an hour. Well, I didn't get one. I'm so upset because I was really looking forward to it. It just really sucks because I was on here and tried buying them the second it turned 10 AM. I hope everyone that got tickets has a wonderful time. I'm trying to be ok about it but I'm just really upset. :'( If anyone has an extra one please feel free to contact me. Haha. :(

Tried and tried to check out and it would not let me pay for the ticket I had bought. Very Sad.

Just a thought for the powers that be. Why not try to do this by lottery. Give everyone who wants tickets a window of 24 hours to sign up. Draw names. Inform EVERYONE if they were selected or not. Give the winners 24 hours to pay for their tickets via credit card or pay pal. If they don't pay for their tickets draw another name and let them know that a ticket has become available and they need to pay for it within 24 hours or the ticket goes to the next in line. Those who REALLY want tickets would pay for them within the 24 hour window. I think the whole process would take only 3-4 days. None of this internet crashing stuff with a lot of unhappy people. I'm sure this is not a pefect solution, but at least it would be fair.

I'm SO mad about how the fan club party tickets went down. The ticket was in my cart at 10:01 and I my credit card information was accepted but the site kept crashing at checkout. Every time I refreshed the page, the ticket was still in MY cart and the credit card information was still entered. Finally, I got a "cart empty" message. I am LIVID! I was in there at 10:01 and the ticket was in MY cart and my credit card information went through but I have NO confirmation of my order.

MCN seriously needs a new server. It's not right that someone who got in early with a ticket in their cart for 40 minutes should be bounced out because the network can't handle the volume.

Other fan clubs use a random drawing to determine who gets in vs. who gets lucky on an overtaxed server. Did I mention that I am LIVID?

It's really a bummer that some of us fans who have traveled thousands upon thousands of miles, and paid that much in tickets, who have waited out in the frigid cold of downtown Chicago for several hours waiting in chance to get a glimpse of the band as they leave the venue, who have waited in 100 degree temperature for literally the whole entire day from dawn til show time.... have ended up without tickets. This time around it was really just luck, being as you could have done everything right and been on here right at the time you were supposed to... and end up empty handed. To me it just does not make sense. IT's actually kind of sad that this Fan Club party will be happening without some of its fans who have been loyal followers before people even knew who Lady A was. I do hope everyone who got tickets enjoys the show!

Very sad i we couldn't get tickets..Added them to cart but couldn't go any further!!! Coming all the way from Australia and this would have been our third year in a row for Lady A Fan club party's...Not to worry...But if there are any cancellations you know where to find me....

I'm so sad. I am on Mountain Standard time and my 10 a.m is behind the CST time. I didn't get tickets.....boooo...but if anyone would like to sell me one..then by all means.....

I wanted to bring my son to see Lady A...he is a huge fan and plays their songs on his guitar. The website CRASHED and wasn't able to get on for almost an hour, now all the tickets are sold. Very disappointing...there has to be a better system so at least the pages load. I can't believe this!!!!!

I logged into my account at 9:45CST when tickets went on sale I got kicked out...was finally able to log back in at 10:30CST it took another 10 minutes to be able to see tickets for sale...by then all the VIP tix were gone so I tried to purchase a level 2 it wouldnt let me add it to my cart then kicked me out again. When I was finally able to log in again there was nothing left. I even signed my sister up for the Fan Club so she could go with me just in case I wasnt able to get VIP tix. I think they need to find a new system to sell the tickets if the site cant hanlde the # of orders trying to come through. This is my first trip to the CMA fest and I am extremely disappointed in the way FC party was handled. Im making the trip to Nashville with my sister for my birthday. I feel there is no excuse for the situation. I was online and logged in early to ensure I would be able to get tickets.

I got in right at 10:00, got all the way to the shopping cart with VIP tickets and payment. The screen just kept saying it was loading, 30 minutes later it pops back up telling me my cart is empty! Very confused and disappointed, now all tickets are gone.

I had trouble too! I was able to add the VIP tickets into my cart at about 10:10 a.m. and then had to wait a long time for the cart to load and then checkout to load. The only problem was after I was reviewing the order and I confirmed. The screen was loading and then it went completely white. I had no idea what was going on. I did check my online banking and the exact amount was shown as being taken out, so I think i got them!!! waiting for an email confirmation!!! :)

Thank you Jennifer for responding. This is my first CMA Fest and I don't want to miss this, nor do I want to miss the LP Shows, so as long as I can get there in time I'm going to buy a ticket. Love Lady A, and hopefully will be able to get a ticket :)

From what I was told, the VIP is 2 tickets and the $40 dollar ticket is just 1 and you can only buy 1 per FC membership. Hope that helps :)

I am so excited that the FC party will be at 5pm. I think that will give us enuff time to get to LP field for the 8pm start. Question - will we get a pic taken with Charles, Hillary & Dave like they did last year? Also, will VIP tix get to take pics earlier than regular tix. Can someone confirm if theres a meet and greet or not? I really want to go but i wanna kinda get the details before i decide. Im coming from England to see them and would love to meet them again.

It says the party is exclusive to Lady A Team members only but how are they going to work the 2 tickets for $120. I assume there will be a meet and greet but you never know.
I hope we get some answers to our questions by tomorrow.

I am definitely attending the fan club party... but the $120 VIP versus the $40 regular admission is confusing... will $120 VIP get you better seats? Is there going to be a meet&greet as well?
