*The Lady A Team Presale will be available through LadyAntebellum.com. No code will be necessary for this presale. You WILL need to be a Lady A Team member to purchase tickets.
**The Ticketmaster Fan Club Presale is for Lady A Team members as well. This presale requires a code. If you log into LadyAntebellum.com, your code will be in your profile in the "Ticketmaster Code" section.

Um hello...it says right next to the little asterisks...if you're going to the LA show you don't need a pass code if you buy thru this website. If you're going thru ticketmaster it says right there where to go on your profile to get the password. It's all right there.
Ticketmaster Code question

When I go to MY PROFILE, and then to the TICKETMASTER CODE tab, i get a message that says: 'You have not been assigned a promotional code, yet. Please check back soon.'
Anyone else getting this??

Hey Everyone, our programmers are currently working on the issue where new members aren't being assigned a Ticketmaster code. In the meantime, the pre-sale through LadyAntebellum.com is currently live and you don't need a code for the official pre-sale. Just visit the Tickets section of the online store.

Can the support team just send me my ticketmaster passcode in an email. the sight is crashing too much, and unlike some, NO there is not a link that says "ticketmaster code" Three emails, and blah responses. Just send me my passcode via email, and all will be ok, no?

mackshaka - You don't have a Lady A Team Fan Club Membership on your account, you only have the free level of access which does not grant you pre-sale ticket purchase rights. In order to purchase pre-sale tickets either through LadyAntebellum.com or through Ticketmaster.com you'll need to upgrade to one of the paid membership options.

I want to buy tickets as a surprise for my daughter who just turned 21 yesterday. I have emailed to ask if I buy the tickets will she be able to use them - or can we change the name. Have not received a response. Does anyone know? I'd appreciate an answer. Thanks.
