So the VIP pack includes 2 tickets. Do both people have to be in the fan club? Anybody? Hello?

From MCN Support: Questions about seating: The VIP seating area is on the stage and direclty in front of the stage. You will be sitting on rugs on the floor. Regular admission tickets will be a mixture of floor seating, chair seating, and the possibility of standing in the back if you choose to.
VIP vs Regular admission: If you purchase the VIP option, you get 2 tickets. If you purchase this option the second ticket can be used for a guest. There is no option to purchase the VIP tickets cheaper without the parking pass. Regular admission tickets will admit 1 fan club member. You can only purchase one ticket per membership. There will be no single guest tickets for sale.
Meet and Greet: Yes there will be a meet and greet with Lady Antebellum.
Party start time: The doors will open at 5, party will be starting around the same time. If you will be late coming from another fan club party you may miss part of the performance. If you miss part of the performance we are not responsible and there will be no refunds given.

I'm SO mad about how the fan

I'm SO mad about how the fan club party tickets went down. The ticket was in my cart at 10:01 and I my credit card information was accepted but the site kept crashing at checkout. Every time I refreshed the page, the ticket was still in MY cart and the credit card information was still entered. Finally, I got a "cart empty" message. I am LIVID! I was in there at 10:01 and the ticket was in MY card and my credit card information went through but I have NO confirmation of my order.
MCN seriously needs a new server. It's not right that someone who got in early with a ticket in their cart should be bounced out because the network can't handle the volume.
Other fan clubs use a random drawing to determine who gets in vs. who gets lucky on an overtaxed server.
Did I mention that I am LIVID?
