I registered for meet and greets before this new site came online. This new site does not seem to know that I registered. Am I still in the running?

been trying to buy membership all week but site kept having problems. then i go today, only omaha meet n greet is closed, madison still open. i try to buy again, and this time succeed in buying membership. then click to request m-n-g, get denied a minute later, then the next minute i go back to dates, and it said madison is closed!! i mean really??? all within 3 minutes at like 220pm? odd time for that to happen. whatd they need, 1 more person to request so then they could say they gave out 20 n i was 21? come on
