Woah ok I had no idea that the presale already happened for this show. I was planning on buying tickets.
How did you guys find out when the presale was?
A person who had the problem
I did not get that kind off error. I kept getting different errors and then ones that said that someone would be contacting me shortly. Guess What? I never got contacted at that time and when I did get a repsonse from help desk- they were no help they asked the question I had already said what the problem was and so I responded and they have not contacted me back since. I am very upset with the lack of caring that this site has in regards to the problem their system has for selling tickets. I was not the only one that was having problems and there still has been no appol. or anything. Thank heaven's I am a Rascal Flatt fan member- as big as they are- they take care of you.

For the people who had a probelm with presale....did you get a message saying that you needed to enter a shipping opition....that is what happened to me! I was unable to purchase tickets for the Jax show...

I must say you have broken my 17year olds heart on getting the fan club seats. We have done every thing possible to get the tickets yesterday and weren't able. I gave my credit card info so many times that I hope I do not see a charge next month. We have been to 4-5 concerts and have always had super seats and loved the concert. I give concert tickets to my daughter for doing well in school and promised her I would get the seats... Very sad that due to change of site or that the site has more members now that it can not take care of the fan club members who have been here. I am not for sure whom is at fault but I think it would only be right for someone to respond who does. Lovethesong- hate this situation!

Maybe there is a lot of traffic, but when I click on presale tickets, it tells me page can not be found, and I also tried under the shop-tickets, but that didnt work either! I'll keep trying...........

The Concert was Awesome
Hi Fellow Lady A Fans,
The concert wae awesome and Lady A were awesome too. I got the pleasure of meeting them in a Meet ang Greet and they were so nice, this was the first meet and greet I had ever won and it was great.
