I give up. Been trying for hours to get presale code. No help! Reading many many other previous post in other citys, same problems! This is frustrating to say the least. Soooo many problems in the past.. You think they would fix this!

Go to My Profile and look for the tab that says Ticketmaster code. It says:
Below please find your unique Ticketmaster Pre-Sale code. This code is unique and assigned only to you for your personal use. You may use this code for Lady Antebellum pre-sales through Ticketmaster.com up to 3 times per tour, buying up to 6 tickets per show. This code only applies for Ticketmaster.com pre-sales and not pre-sales done directly through LadyAntebellum.com. Anyone found to be sharing their code or purchasing tickets for resale will lose their Lady A Team fan club privileges with no refund given and your Ticketmaster code will be invalidated for future use.

I was having problems getting the request to go through when entering through the fan site, but then I just went straight to Ticketmaster and the order went through with no problems.
