Thanks for your help! I finally heard from MCN Support who told me that I should have no further problems. I just went and tried to request a Meet and Greet and it told me that my membership would expire before the event, and i just had my membership updated!! I am starting to get really frustrated here!! It's been three weeks of errors just to try and update my membership and request a Meet and Greet, seems kinda silly to me. Anyways, hope this gets fixed soon! Thanks again!
I don't know what to say except keep trying i guess :/ support is really not doing well in my opinion. They also won't add the Cleveland tour date after I emailed them multiple times. Just keep trying and hopefully soon enough it'll work. Make sure you are logged in when you try. I hope support will fix these problems!
