My 1st time using my LADY A FAN CLUB pass-code for pre sale tickets for the Oct 25th Seattle show the first date they went on sale I had no problem from ticketmaster.com getting my tickets.
you are supposed to click on the TICKETMASTER CODE tab in your PROFILE. When i click it mines says: YOUR ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED. PLEASE CHECK BACK

Where do you find the presale password on the site? I can't find anywhere to click to get one. I'm logged in (obviously), but have never done this before. Any advice?
