I am 28 and love music. I've played music since I was 10 and started out mainly playing the trumpet. I've played in a few honor bands in the state of Indiana playing french horn and now I play the guitar. Music is a necessity to me and speaks to my soul. It's extremely refreshing to know that artists today still care about the meaning of words and how music moves people.

I am also a scientist and spend my work days researching to find new plastics of tomorrow. It's fun, challenging, and very rewarding. Someday, I hope to see plastics I've created be used in our space program. Understanding what's around us is equally important as understanding each other.
