Hey McKenzie, I don't remember getting any notification about it either. I found out that the onsale was that Saturday and I knew presales are usually the Wednesday before so I checked that day and it finally showed up on the ticket page to buy them. I tried to buy the tickets and couldn't get any though, I just assumed they were sold out already because I know there isn't a guarantee of getting tickets. I'm planning on going to Cincy too so I would just be on the look out for the onsale date because the presales here are usually the Wednesday before that. I hope that helps some.
