I'm new to this fan club. What I did is found the concert date that I wanted to go to. Look to the right of the date and you should see 3 things to click on - tickets, meet & greet, and are you going. What I did first is clicked on are you going. It changed to I'm going. Then I clicked on meet & greet. It sent you to meet & greet page. Verify that date shown is correct, then enter in the box if you need any assistance and what kind of help. Then click on submit. You are done! To make sure you have the request, go to your username in upper right hand corner, click on arrow for drop down. Click on meet & greet. It should show the date of the concert and that request was submitted. You will also see operation and withdrawal request. Don't worry. I found out from fellow fan club member plus FAQ website for answers to questions not shown that is there in case you can't make the show, or changed your mind. You can request the m&g before purchasing your ticket. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
